Final Decisions for weekday classes will be made by 1:00pm.

Final Decisions for Saturday classes will be made by 8:30am.

We typically follow the AppalCart schedule for closures and delays. If we choose to close the gym, we will post an update on our Website (Home), Facebook, Instagram, and send a mass email.

We will NOT post or send anything if we are open. If you do not see any changes or updates on any of these platforms, you can safely assume we are open.

This helps to not clog your emails and feeds with unnecessary info. 

Due to this policy, we cannot respond to daily emails regarding weather closures and openings.

Make ups:

As long as we are notified prior of an absence (any reason), each gymnast is allowed to make up two missed classes. These can be made up in two alternate class times (as long as space is available). Attending these must be scheduled in advance. Gymnasts can also attend one Open Gym session (2 hours) to cover both make up classes.

It is the sole discretion of each family to decide whether it is safe enough to travel to the gym.
