It is the sole discretion of each family to decide whether it is safe enough to travel to the gym.

Final Decisions for weekday classes will be made by 1:00pm.

Final Decisions for Saturday classes and Open Gyms will be made by 8:30am.

We typically follow the AppalCart schedule for closures and delays. If we choose to close the gym, postings will be made on Instagram, Facebook, and iClass along with a mass email sent to the participants affected.

We will NOT post or send anything if we are open. If you do not see any changes or updates on any of these platforms, you can safely assume we are open.

This helps to not clog your emails and feeds with unnecessary info. 

Due to this policy, we cannot respond to daily emails regarding weather closures and openings.

Makeups if we are open, but you cannot attend:

As long as you submit an absence through iClass at least 30 minutes before the absence, you will receive a makeup token in iClass to be used within 30 days in another class for your age group. If you prefer to use it during Open Gym, you can simply show up to any of the available Open Gyms within the 30 day timeframe, inform the coach it is a makeup and we will manually delete your makeup token. Open Gym makeups for this option are 1 hour from 1-2pm on select Saturdays. No makeups can transfer out of the current semester. Please note that makeup tokens will not show on your account until after their coach marks them absent. Please also note the makeup token will auto-void after 30 days.

Makeups if WE cancel your class:

If we have to cancel your class for any reason, you will always be credited either financially or with an alternate attendance option. Credit on the account will be reflected on iClass ($21 per gymnast if they attend once a week or $16 per gymnast if they attend twice a week). Alternate attendance options may include a 2 Hour Open Gym voucher good for the remainder of the semester OR an alternate makeup class may be created on a Friday or Sunday to accommodate those who missed. If it is close to the end of the semester and we have staff available, we will sometimes be able extend the class one week past our set closing date. We typically choose one option for all who miss on that day to keep it easy on our staff and management. However, if for any reason you prefer a different credit method than what we provide, simply email us and we will do our best to accommodate. All makeups and requests must be scheduled and completed within the semester of the absence.
