Final Decisions for weekday classes will be made by 1:00pm.

Final Decisions for Saturday classes will be made by 8:30am.

We typically follow the AppalCart schedule for closures and delays. If we choose to close the gym, we will first post on our BAND App and Website. Follow up postings will be done on Instagram and Facebook along with a mass email.

We will NOT post or send anything if we are open. If you do not see any changes or updates on any of these platforms, you can safely assume we are open.

This helps to not clog your emails and feeds with unnecessary info. 

Due to this policy, we cannot respond to daily emails regarding weather closures and openings.

Make ups:

As long as we are notified prior of an absence (any reason) or an Open Gym Makeup is requested through the online form, gymnasts can make up missed classes during a 1 hour Open Gym session.

It is the sole discretion of each family to decide whether it is safe enough to travel to the gym.
