How to Register - REGULAR REGISTRATION
1) You MUST have an account and student profile in iClass set up (link in website header).
2) If you are paying by CASH OR CHECK, PLEASE SKIP TO NUMBER 5 AND DO NOT REGISTER IN ICLASS!!!!
3) Log into iClass, and select the class you want to enroll in. Once it is added to your cart, you can proceed with checkout. If you are new this year, there will be a $40 annual membership fee added at checkout.
4) Upon checking out, you should receive an email confirming enrollment and payment.
5) If you are planning to pay cash or check for your tuition, you will need to EMAIL us your gymnast's name as it appears on iClass and the class name/day/time you are registering for. DO NOT CHECK OUT ON ICLASS UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO PAY ONLINE. We will send you a confirmation email that your gymnast has been added and you will have 48 hours from that time to bring payment to the gym and secure their spot. There is a $5 discount for cash/check payments.
Important things to note:
-- When registering, you are agreeing to start on the NEXT available class offered. For example: If on Monday morning, you register for the Monday 3:30pm class, your first class will be the same afternoon.
-- If iClass shows a $0 balance at checkout, this means you are only submitting a request to join the class and not actually registering. This may be from not meeting the age requirement of the class or having an overdue account balance. Please ensure you do not have a balance and that you have registered for the appropriate age group.
--If you begin today or later, you WILL owe December Tuition ($42) by 11/25 since it will not be included in your first tuition payment.
Tuition Schedule for Fall 2026:
August- Due at time of registration
September - Auto-Draft 8/31 (cash/check due 8/29 by 8pm)
October - Auto-Draft 9/25 (cash/check due 9/20 by 8pm)
November - Auto-Draft 10/25 (cash/check due 10/20 by 8pm)
December - Auto-Draft 11/25 (cash/check due 11/20 by 8pm) ONLY DUE FOR THOSE WHO REGISTERED AFTER WEEK 1!

Please check iClass for open and full classes.
Parents of Ducklings (3-5yo) - Students enrolled in Ducklings must be potty trained and able to attend class unassisted. If your gymnast will need help with either of these areas, please register for Crawfish until they are ready to move to Ducklings. You will need to email us to register so we can override the age restriction.
