PRICING, PAYMENT OPTIONS, & HOLIDAY/CLOSING SCHEDULE

Tentative Spring 2025 Fees:

Current Membership Fee:

$35 per gymnast; $75 max per family

Recreational Classes Monthly Tuition (Crawfish, Tadpole, Guppy, Tumbling):

Due by the 25th of the current month to pay for the upcoming month. (Ex: February Tuition will be due on January 25th)

• 1x a week= $80

• 2x a week= $120

**Saturday students will have a pro-rate in April due to Easter. Price TBA in April Newsletter**

Piranha Monthly Tuition:

Due by the 10th of the month

• 1x a week= $90

• 2x a week= $140​​​

Preteam Monthly Tuition:

Due by the 10th of the month

• 1x a week= $120

CLOSED March 10th-16th for ASU's Spring Break

CLOSED April 19th for Easter

Last Day of Classes: May 10th

• Payments are typically due by the 25th of the present month to continue enrollment into the following month with the exception of Piranhas, Preteam and Team.

• A $10 late fee per gymnast will be added after the 25th to unpaid accounts who have not emailed in notice to withdraw. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, the gymnast will be automatically withdrawn from the class, and the account balance will still stand. The $10 late fee per gymnast will be added to Piranha, Preteam, and Team accounts if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

• We currently accept cash, check, and Venmo (@nrgaboone) payments. Please make sure your gymnast’s first and last name are both listed along with specifically what you are paying for. (Ex. Jane Doe- January Tuition & Membership Fee). 

• Payments must be made on time to be subject to any discount. There is a $5 cash/check discount per gymnast per monthly payment, a $10 sibling discount off the total for recreational students during non-prorated months and a 10% discount off the total if a sibling is in Piranhas, Preteam or Team classes.

The Calendar is crafted and tuition carefully calculated to ensure all gymnasts receive equal amount of practices in comparison to the semester tuition total. Even though some months may have more or less than 4 classes, if there isn't a pro-rate already, there likely is an upcoming extra class for your day or pre-planned break to even it out.
