Form can be filled out online and emailed in, mailed in, or dropped off at the gym. Hard copies can be printed at the gym by request.

Open Gym Makeup Request Form
Must be filled out PRIOR to an absence to be allowed a makeup.
Make up class must be complete in the same semester as the missed class. Gymnast will have a 1 hour voucher waiting for them in the Open Gym role book. You do not have to RSVP for Open Gym.

Tentative Fall 2025 Fees:

Current Membership Fee (pro-rated):

$30 per gymnast; $75 max per family

Recreational Classes Monthly Tuition (Crawfish, Ducklings, Bears, Chipmunks, Boys, Tumbling):

The Calendar is crafted and tuition carefully calculated to ensure all gymnasts receive equal amount of practices (16) in comparison to the semester tuition total. Even though some months may have more or less than 4 classes, if there isn't a pro-rate already, there likely is an upcoming extra class for your day or pre-planned break to even it out.

Due by the 25th of the current month to pay for the upcoming month. (Ex: September Tuition will be due on August 25th)

1 gymnast 1x a week= $80
1 gymnast 2x a week= $120
2 siblings 1x a week = $150
3 siblings 1x a week = $220

*Friday and Saturday students will have a pro-rated October Tuition of $60/$105

Eagles Monthly Tuition:

Due by the 10th of the month

1x a week= $115

Discounts:

$10 off Rec Siblings (per sibling)

10% off Eagles / Team Siblings

$5 off Check/Cash payments - Max $5 per month

Tentative Fall 2025 Holiday/Closing Schedule:

CLOSED October 10th-14th for ASU's Fall Break

CLOSED October 31st for Halloween

CLOSED November 26th-30th for Thanksgiving

Last Day of Classes: December 13th

Payments are typically due by the 25th of the present month to continue enrollment into the following month with the exception of Eagles and Team.

A $10 late fee per gymnast will be added after the 25th to unpaid accounts who have not emailed in notice to withdraw. If payment is not received by the last day of the month, the gymnast will be automatically withdrawn from the class, and the account balance will still stand. The $10 late fee per gymnast will be added to Eagles and Team accounts if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

We currently accept cash, check, and Venmo (@nrgaboone) payments. Please make sure your gymnast’s first and last name are both listed along with specifically what you are paying for. (Ex. Jane Doe- January Tuition & Membership Fee).

Payments must be made on time to be subject to any discount.
